Our Little Ninjas classes are the perfect introduction to martial arts for kids aged 3-5, focusing on building confidence, coordination, discipline, and listening skills in a fun and engaging environment. Designed to promote a love for movement and learning, these classes set a strong foundation for future martial arts training while keeping young students excited and active.
Our Youth Martial Arts classes are designed for students aged 6 through their teenage years, helping them build strength, discipline, focus, and self-confidence. These classes combine fun and challenging training with practical self-defense skills, fostering personal growth and resilience in a supportive and motivating environment.
Our Teen/Adult Martial Arts classes offer dynamic training that enhances physical fitness, self-defense skills, and mental focus. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, these classes are tailored to help you build strength, confidence, and discipline in a supportive and empowering environment.
Please note: No jewelry will be allowed in the Intermediate and Advanced levels. All long hair must be tied back and arm guards must be brought to class.
