Beginner Taekwondo Taegeuk 2 Demonstration
In our last post we shared a video demonstration of Taeguek 1 in Taekwondo. Today is a demonstration of Taeguek 2. Among the many benefits of Taekwondo practice you will develop better muscle tone and coordination. Focus and concentration are key advantages and particularly helpful with success in school.
Students can take between 2 and 4 years to advance to the black belt level and along the way they will learn more than a dozen patterns like the ones below. Other drills that are practiced include kicking and punching while the instructor holds kicking pads, sparring against another student, board breaking and more.
