There’s no doubt that martial arts and Taekwondo provide a great overall workout. Not only do you get a great cardio workout but your muscles get a great workout also. But what if between classes you want to build your strength and stamina but don’t have a lot of time? You can still benefit from a great challenging martial arts inspired workout even if you only have 5 minutes to spare.

A word of caution however, you might want to do a bit of jogging on the spot or around the block before doing this workout so that you don’t injure yourself.
